In April of 1994, sixteen year old Jennifer Persia was murdered in her family’s home in Magnolia, NJ. For more than thirty years her case went unsolved until DNA from another case helped lead police to identifying a multiple murderer who had targeted Jennifer and, previously, twenty-four year old Marebeth Welsh.
